Training Schedule
In addition to your child’s regular swim lessons we will being training at LSUS. Every Saturday starting January 28th. We will practice for an hour. Practice starts promptly at 11:00 A.M. so show up a little early to ensure your child has plenty of time to get changed and find his or her coach. If there are any changes to the schedule they will be posted here.

Please arrive by 8:00 am. Shade is limited and we would like our team to sit together.
Warm ups are at 8:30 am.
Meet starts at 9:00 am.
