Beginner III
A class for children who already swim the length of the pool. The goal of this class is to teach the swimmer to perform rollover breathing while swimming the length of our pool. Standing dives are an added skill.
Intermediate I
The goal of this class is to teach students to swim 100 feet (2 lengths of our pool) and to dive in and swim across the pool.
Intermediate II
A class for children who are already efficiently swimming 100 feet (2 lengths of the pool). At the end of this class students should be swimming both freestyle with rhythmic breaths and elementary backstroke 100 feet and be able to tread for 2 minutes.
