Leah’s Fun Meet Blog

            This year’s Fun Meet was a huge success!  I was very excited to see so many new faces! Thank you to everyone who pitched in and helped! 

Especially to Mr. Justin for starting all the races, Miss Elaine for organizing the kids 7 and under, Ms. Farris for organizing the kids 8 and older, Ms. Felicia for passing out t-shirts and introducing her sponsorship packets and Mrs. Salinda for guiding the young kids to their destinations.

Be sure to check your mailboxes soon for a letter from me explaining about swim team tryouts and what to expect for this swim team season.  Also, don’t forget to look at the sponsorship packets that were handed out at the Fun Meet.  If you are interested in sponsoring the TSS Swim Team, please contact Ms. Felicia at felicia.clark@theswimschool.org.

In case you missed out on our awesome Fun Meet t-shirts, you’re in luck because we will have another order!  The deadline will be December 4 to get your order in!  They will be ordered on a pre-order, pre-paid basis.  So please stop by the office to order your shirt today!

Saturday swim team practices will begin in January!  More details about this to come!  Thanks again for such an amazing Fun Meet.  I believe all of the children had a good time and I look forward to seeing everyone this swim team season as a member of the 2010 TSS Swim Team.
