At the heart of The Swim School is a teaching staff that is known for their patience and affection for children. Our teachers form an emotional bond that plays an important role in your child’s success.
The Swim School teachers are carefully selected for their maturity and compassion for children. In addition to completing the extensive The Swim School training, they participate in staff in-services on new techniques. All teachers certified by The Swim School International.
Each Swim School teacher is:
- Required to undergo a background check
- Never alone with a child
- A well compensated professional and does not accept tips. (A small gift from a child can be accepted.)
- Not allowed to tutor or babysit The Swim School swimmers outside The Swim School.
